Support and Maintenance

L&P Global Connexions ensures that our development team recognise and ensure that our support staff (and clients’ staff) need to be kept “in the frame” with new and enhancement changes of our clients’ solution.

Majority of the time our support staff are key drivers for strategic enhancements. They also have the ability to design, and develop tactical solutions where necessary as a "stop gap" whilst a strategic solution is being implemented.

L&P Global Connexions has the expertise in hand to operate on 24x7 “follow the sun model”. All of our support resources are ITIL qualified or in the process of becoming ITIL qualified.

We do not aim for “knock on” business for support and maintenance from our clients. L&P Global Connexions believe that if the adequate steps are taken during the SDLC then this will help in minimise the risk of issues in a production environment.

One key strategic implementation that L&P Global Connexions offer is that we appreciate and understand the need for knowledge sharing. We can set up relevant support mechanisms and wiki’s to ensure all support staff (clients’ or ours) are up to speed.
